In 1.7.0 a bug was introduced unfortunately. If you can’t proceed in the house of bandits, please use version 1.6.10 or wait until I patch the issue. I am on vacation for another week but then I will fix this asap.

You can just replace the exe to keep your saves. But always backup your saves beforehand!
